The Pillar of Breathing
A famous psychologist once said that a single breath is greater than any pharmaceutical we can give ourselves and without any negative side effects.
We humans take more than 20,000 breaths every single day and for most of us, most of them are wrong. Getting them right is key to good health.
Bad breathing sends negative signals to the brain and triggers things like stress and cortisol. Good breathing can improve brain, mental, and physical health in dozens of different ways.
And even better, practice good breathing often enough and it quickly becomes second nature.
